BQ FCA Beheer is a company that was founded by the idea of combining the knowledge and qualities for developing a high-quality organic plant nutrient that is based on the team’s many years of experience in agriculture and growing.
In the years prior to BQ FCA Beheer, a great deal of national and international knowledge was gathered and a network of experience and professional knowledge was created that is available to our company. This has made a huge contribution to the 100% organic plant nutrient that we have developed. We are therefore proud of the fact that our plant nutrient is both USDA organically and vegan certified.
The increasing demand from consumers worldwide for healthier and organic products has made us decide to use our knowledge to respond to this demand. In addition, it is not just consumers but all governments worldwide that are increasingly consciously aiming for more sustainability. The ingredients of BioQuality have been carefully assessed for quality and purity, which optimizes the quality of BioQuality. In order to improve the yield in addition to quality, we have compiled a customized feeding schedule.
We have set ourselves the goal of leaving the lowest possible ecological footprint through our organic plant nutrient that keeps the crop strong, stimulates growth and keeps the soil healthy and fertile. We will constantly keep monitoring the production process and further develop BioQuality to guarantee the high quality of our plant nutrient.

Fred Nillesen is the founder and general director of BQ FCA Beheer. Fred is a entrepreneur with strong leadership abilities. Fred has many years of experience in leading and managing large companies where he held various executive roles. Fred Nillesen is responsible for the business decisions for the long term and monitors the continuity of the company.
Charles Houkes is the co-founder and operational director of BQ FCA Beheer. Charles is a executive with more than 20 years of managing experience. Charles is responsible for managing the team and takes decisions about daily activities. Charles has more than 25 years of experience in the domestic agriculture scene as well as internationally. Charles is also responsible for the long-term business decisions.
Ton Wattenberg is the financial director of BQ FCA Beheer. Ton is a chartered accountant with over 35 years of experience as a CEO of an administrative office. On behalf of BQ FCA Beheer, he is responsible for all legal and financial affairs of the company, including corporate law, budgeting, financial reporting and internal controls.
Niels Haarman is the business officer of BQ FCA Beheer. Niels is responsible for the internal administrative management, order processing and invoicing of BQ FCA Beheer. Also marketing initiatives and product innovations has his full attention.
Alex Roseboom is the co-founder and head grower of BQ FCA Beheer. Alex has more than 20 years of domestic and international agriculture experience. Due to his international contacts Alex is the source of information for our team that thinks in solutions and can provide every grower with tailor-made advice.
John van der Velden is the Head of Logistics of BQ FCA Beheer. John has years of experience as an entrepreneur in which one of his core tasks was to channel the product distribution. John is responsible for the entire distribution process. John is also an investor.
Wesley Strijbosch is the head graphic design of BQ FCA Beheer. Wesley is responsible for all the creative in and output of the BQ brand,
when it comes to labels, boxes, merchandise as well as the creative style on our social media platforms.
